Boxing For All is a unique boxing group class that focuses heavily on actual boxing technique and an intense cardio workout.  A Boxing For All class typically consists of a 15 minute boxing related warm-up, 30 minutes of intense boxing training, and 15 minutes of bodyweight exercises and abs. Each class is carefully designed to suit all skill levels.
