Boxing For All is a unique boxing group class that focuses heavily on actual boxing technique and an intense cardio workout. Each session is focused around a boxing skill set and members will be provided with online access so they can track their workout and progress. This innovative enterprise is the culmination of entrepreneur Brian Pedone’s 16 years of boxing expertise and computer software development.
A Boxing For All class typically consists of a 15 minute boxing related warm-up, 30 minutes of intense boxing training, and 15 minutes of bodyweight exercises and abs. Each class is carefully designed to suit all skill levels.
